If it weren’t for Transway Inc. I wouldn’t be where I am today. I came to Transway, Inc. back in November 2015 when I was looking for a job. The thing is I was looking for a job, just a job. What I didn’t expect is to find a family who took me in like their own. At Transway, Inc., I learned how quickly it was to be part of a great family-oriented company that really cares about its employees. They took their time to get to know me and for me to learn how this company really cares about me ”the individual” not just a number or a steering wheel holder. As time went on I grew with Transway and its employees who now I can actually say are my friends and are the biggest part of my life and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for the love they have for all of us who work here. Along the way, I had some personal issues that could have destroyed my life and sent me down a path no one could wish on another person. I went into the office one day and told them what was going on in my life and explained where I was and what I needed to do. Expecting the worst, I got nothing but understanding and the help I needed to get my life on track. working closely with them and doing what I needed to do Transway, Inc. helped me achieve greatness. Again, I am so grateful for everything they have done for me and that they stood by me in times of need. In today’s society, you are just a number and can be easily replaced but Transway, Inc. doesn’t see it like that. Transway went above and beyond for me and believed in a person who they knew could be a great success story. Well, here I am today to say thank you, Transway, Inc. for being a big part of my success. My life wouldn’t be flourishing like it is now If it weren’t for the great people here at Transway, Inc. So if anybody is looking for a company to work for who pays well, has great home time, awesome benefits, and most importantly really cares about You then look at this company before you sign that dotted line with someone else. – John M.
